THE Bulldozer of Ndola's Kabushi Constituency has been reduced to a Spacio by the Ndola High Court in a judgement that has sent the country into a frenzy.

In its judgement over a petition of his Kabushi seat by the losing UPND candidate, the court held that Lusambo should not sit in parliament as he obtained the seat through violence and bribery.

Under Zambian laws, a candidate whose seat is nullified is not eligible to recontest the subsequent election.

This baby mama troubles mounting and Kaloba cases piling in court, it remains to be seen how Lusambo will wiggle himself out of the conundrum.
