SALARIES.
Point 1.
If employees are not paid good salaries ,they won't be able to save and invest back in the economy through productive means of engaging in trade or commerce. It will be hard to become free from the system that enslaves people and works them untill they're old.

Point 2

Paying low salaries is one of the strategies firms/companies use to hinder workers from attaining quick freedom from the system. They is a basis used to calculate how much you need probably towards 5 days before new month end.,By 26th they know money will be done and you will come back working yourself out.

Point 3

Good pay helps alter inequalities. It will be hard to access good services,or even facilities without good income. This means even accessing formal entrepreneurship training might be hard.

-Multi Corporations are in this business. No matter the billions of kwachas they make you will never find workers getting good pay except a few in management.
I take time talk to security guards, teachers in private schools , workers in various private firms and even some of the workers in big companies to get first hand information.
People are struggling and have complaints.
The base for growing entrepreneurship is under threat due to Bad pay in these established systems. Wage gaps are too big and unfair.
