Yield

Yield of 8tonnes to 10 tonnes per Lima can be achieved

Let's do some calculation

Let's say we put manure at k10 per bag x 200 bags = k2000

Labor k2000

Input

Seeds k3150

+ prima k1300

+manure k2000

+Labor k2000

=Total k8,450

Now let's say we sell our chili at k100 per meda ,a meda weighs approximately 1.5kg to 1.8kg

Let's put it we harvest 10 tonnes(10,000kg)

10,000kg

÷1.5kg(meda)

=6,666 medas x k100(price per meda)

It will give us k666,600

Now that we have the out put let's try to calculate the profit

Output k666,600- Input k8450

Giving us a profit k658,150

This is just an estimation.

NOTE,: This is to help you with your calculations, the cost of production can change if you put in things like transport, labor and chemicals
