Zambian rapper – Stevo also known Stevo ‘Rap Guru’ drops a hot album titled “Statement”. Stevo has been around in the Zambian Music Industry for over a decade now. His origin can be traced from when he was still in XYZ Entertainmens, a Zambian popular record label founded by Mwila Musonda whose popularly known as Slapdee. He left the label under unclear circumstances and got criticised heavily by music fans. Despite that, his still managed to have his brand active. Stevo setup his own record label known as ‘Guru Nation’ which has been around but not that consistent in producing its own good artists. Stevo’s album is the second studio album. He had released an album years ago known as Saved which did very well. Stevo wrote; My journey as a rapper began some years ago and during this path, I have had both good and rough times of which both of these sides have greatly contributed to my growth – shaping me into who I am today.
